Job Description

TechRadiance is looking for enthusiastic and self-motivated freshers to join our Sales team. This role is ideal for candidates who want to start their career in sales, business development, and client handling in a fast-growing company.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, and online platforms
• Understand client requirements and explain company services/products
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients
• Follow up with leads and convert them into customers
• Maintain records of sales activities and client interactions
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate / Undergraduate (BBA, BCom, MBA students preferred)
• Excellent communication skills (English & Hindi)
• Basic knowledge of sales and marketing concepts
• Confidence, negotiation, and convincing skills
• Willingness to learn and grow in a sales environment
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, CRM – training provided)
