What you’ll do:

• Lead partnerships and business development conversations with agencies, enterprises, and ecosystem partners.
• Build and scale strategic client relationships – we want trust, not just transactions.
• Translate client challenges into AI-powered solutions that drive measurable marketing efficiency.
• Drive revenue growth through SaaS sales, consulting, and co-creation with partners.
• Be a thought partner to leadership, shaping GTMs, positioning, and growth strategies.
• Sip ☕ (virtual or in person) while evangelizing the future of AI + Martech.

What we’re looking for:

• 8–10 years of experience in Business Development / Partnerships / Strategy / SaaS Sales.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, data, media, or MarTech ecosystems.
• Prior experience in consulting, strategy, or scaling SaaS platforms is a big plus.
• A growth mindset – hungry to learn, open to feedback, ready to experiment.
• Go-getter with empathy – someone who builds deep partnerships, not just pipelines.
• Comfort in ambiguity – because hey, we’re building something the world hasn’t seen before.
• Bonus points if you’ve worked in AI / AdTech / Martech and can drop buzzwords with meaning 😉.
