Role Description This full-time on-site role as a Sales and Marketing Specialist is based in Vasai. The individual in this role will actively promote and sell company products, identify and pursue new business opportunities, manage relationships with clients, and deliver excellent customer service. They will also oversee sales operations, train sales teams, and collaborate with marketing efforts to achieve business growth goals. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and address their needs Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management with a results-driven attitude Ability to conduct Training for the sales team to enhance overall performance and knowledge Strategic thinking and planning to develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies Proficiency in CRM tools and basic understanding of market analysis and trends is an advantage Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred Experience in industrial sectors or the engineering field is a plus
