Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to drive business growth and expand our client base. We are specifically looking for candidates with a strong background in the Hospitality Sector (e.g., hotels, high-end F&B, event management) who possess a deep understanding of premium customer service, relationship management, and experience promotion. This is a full time role, with in person office requirements. Our office is located in Hindustan Park, Kolkata - 700029 Key Responsibilities Sales Strategy: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets across workshops, studio events, corporate bookings, and custom projects. Business Development: Actively prospect and secure new business, focusing on corporate partnerships, educational institutions, restaurants and other F&B outlets, and high-net-worth individuals, leveraging hospitality networking skills. Marketing & Branding: Design and implement integrated marketing campaigns (digital, social media, email) to enhance Art Rickshaw's brand visibility and promote offerings. Client Management: Build and maintain exceptional relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and fostering repeat business, applying best practices from the service industry. Event Coordination: Coordinate and oversee sales-driven studio events, open houses, and corporate art engagements. Reporting: Track sales metrics, analyze market trends, and provide regular reports to management. Required Skills & Qualifications Experience: Minimum 2-4 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Marketing, preferably within the Hospitality Sector (e.g., Hotel Sales, Event Planning, Guest Relations). Communication: Fluency in both written and spoken English is a must. Strong presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential. Mindset: A proactive, self-starting, and customer-centric approach. Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite and experience with digital marketing platforms (social media management, email marketing tools).
