The Role

Full-Stack Developer

• Thinks deeply about architecture but ships fast
• Can move between

  Next.js

  ,

  Node.js

  , and

  Python

  with ease
• Is comfortable with tradeoffs in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
• Loves turning complex problems into elegant solutions
• Wants to build early-stage products that can scale massively

What You’ll Do

• Lead and ship core features across the stack
• Build scalable APIs and performant data pipelines
• Collaborate with product/design to shape the UX
• Use AI tools to turbocharge your development process
• Help shape engineering culture and best practices
• Move fast, break nothing, and build things that last

You Should Have

• 3+ years of full-stack development experience
• Deep experience with

  Next.js

  ,

  Node.js

  , and

  Python

• Solid grasp of architecture, testing, performance, and system design
• Experience with

  PostgreSQL

  Redis

  , REST APIs, and cloud deployments
• Real usage of

  AI tools

  in your workflow (we want to hear how you work 10x faster)
• Familiarity with marketing platforms (Google Ads, Meta, Amazon, etc.) is a plus
