Role Description

As a Sales and Marketing Intern, you'll dive into the dynamic world of B2B sales and marketing for our AI-powered SaaS product. This role offers hands-on experience in promoting AI innovations to coaching institutes, from lead generation to campaign execution. Ideal for students or recent grads passionate about AI in education, this 3 month internship (full-time or part-time) will have you collaborating with cross-functional teams in a vibrant startup setting, with opportunities to influence real growth in the EdTech sector.

Key Responsibility:

• Lead Generation and Research

  : Prospect and qualify potential coaching institute clients using AI-enhanced tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator and our internal CRM. Focus on institutes ready for AI adoption, such as those seeking personalized learning solutions.

• Marketing Campaign Support

  : Develop and launch targeted campaigns highlighting AI features, including email sequences on predictive analytics, social media content showcasing adaptive learning, and webinars on AI-driven student engagement.

• Sales Assistance

  : Support sales demos by preparing AI-specific materials, such as case studies on how our platform's virtual coaches improve outcomes. Assist in pipeline management and follow-ups using tools like HubSpot, while shadowing calls with institute decision-makers.

• Content Creation

  : Craft compelling assets like blog posts on "AI's Role in Coaching Retention" or infographics demonstrating automated content generation, tailored to pain points like scaling personalized tutoring.

• Market Analysis

  : Analyze competitors in AI EdTech (e.g., platforms like Docebo or CoachHub) and collect prospect feedback to refine our AI feature roadmap and marketing messaging.

• Event and Outreach Support

  : Engage at EdTech events or virtual sessions to demo AI tools, network with coaching professionals, and generate buzz around features like intelligent analytics.

• Reporting and Analytics

  : Track KPIs such as lead conversion from AI-focused campaigns and AI engagement metrics, delivering insights via dashboards to optimize strategies.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Marketing, Business, AI/Tech, or related fields.
• Keen interest in AI applications in EdTech or B2B SaaS; familiarity with coaching industry challenges is a bonus.
• Strong communication skills to demystify AI concepts for educators and admins.
• Self-starter with excellent organization, eager to learn in a collaborative, remote-friendly environment.
