Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and executing sales and marketing strategies

• Conduct market research to understand customer needs and competition

• Promote products through digital platforms, content support, and campaigns

• Support the sales team in lead generation, client meetings, and follow-ups (Cold calling & Emailing)

• Maintain proper records of sales inquiries and customer data

• Build strong customer relationships through excellent communication

• Coordinate in marketing events, promotional activities, and product demos

• Prepare daily reports and share updates with the management team

Required Qualifications

• Pursuing or completed BBA / MBA (Marketing preferred)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Basic understanding of sales and digital marketing

• Ability to work with a proactive and learning mindset

• Good computer knowledge and willingness to explore IT products

• Team player with a positive and professional attitude
