Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jamnagar for a Sales and Marketing Head. The candidate will lead the sales and marketing team, develop strategies to increase sales, identify new business opportunities, and build relationships with global and local clients. Responsibilities also include analyzing market trends, creating marketing campaigns, managing a sales pipeline, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet revenue goals. The role requires hands-on involvement in defining pricing strategies and maintaining an extensive client database.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Sales Strategy, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management
• Marketing and Campaign Development skills, including a strong understanding of digital marketing and branding techniques
• Competence in Market Analysis and Strategic Planning
• Leadership and Team Management experience to drive performance and foster collaboration
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in the use of CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience in a manufacturing or precision engineering environment is advantageous
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
