We Are Construction Equipment Rental companie Job Title: Sales Executive – Scaffolding Rentals Department: Sales & Business Development Location: [Specify Location] Reports To: Sales Manager / Business Head Job Type: Full-time --- Job Purpose: To drive business growth by identifying and converting new rental opportunities for scaffolding products and services. The Sales Executive will manage client relationships, generate leads, and ensure smooth rental operations while meeting monthly and annual revenue targets. --- Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead Generation & Business Development Identify new potential customers such as contractors, builders, industrial clients, and infrastructure companies. Visit construction sites, real estate projects, and industries to generate inquiries. Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline. 2. Client Relationship Management Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders. Understand customer needs and provide suitable scaffolding rental solutions. Maintain regular follow-ups and client engagement. 3. Quotation & Negotiation Prepare rental quotations based on customer requirements, technical feasibility, and commercial terms. Negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, and rental periods within company guidelines. Finalize rental agreements in coordination with the operations team. 4. Technical Coordination Coordinate with the technical/scaffolding team to ensure proper site assessment, estimation, and execution support. Assist clients in choosing the right scaffolding system (Cuplock, H-frame, Aluminium scaffolding, etc.). 5. Site Visit & Inspection Conduct site visits to assess project scope and suitability of rental solutions. Supervise or coordinate during delivery, installation, or dismantling phases if required. 6. Documentation & Reporting Maintain records of inquiries, quotes, contracts, and client interactions. Submit daily/weekly sales reports and forecast future sales opportunities. 7. Collections & Payments Coordinate with accounts team to ensure timely invoicing. Follow up with customers for payment collection as per credit terms. 8. Market Intelligence Stay updated on market trends, competitor pricing, and construction project news. Provide inputs to management on potential business development strategies. --- Key Skills & Competencies: Strong communication and negotiation skills Good understanding of scaffolding products and construction processes Sales-oriented mindset with target-driven approach Willingness to travel frequently to construction/project sites Basic understanding of site safety and rental contracts Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and CRM tool Qualifications: Graduate in any stream Diploma/Certification in Sales/Marketing is an advantage --- Experience: 2–5 years experience in B2B Sales (preferably in construction equipment or scaffolding rentals) --- Performance Metrics (KPIs): Number of new accounts acquired per month Monthly rental revenue generated Client retention rate Site visit and inquiry conversion ratio Timely collection of payments
