We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by acquiring new clients, nurturing existing relationships, and promoting our suite of AI-powered recruitment solutions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales, strong leadership skills, and a passion for driving business success.

Responsibilities:

Business Development:

  • Identify and target new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach efforts.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new clients and achieve revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Cultivate strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to drive client satisfaction and retention.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering insights and guidance on recruitment best practices and industry trends.
  • Address client inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive client experience throughout the sales cycle.

Sales Team Leadership:

  • Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Provide coaching, training, and support to enhance the performance and development of the sales team.
  • Set clear goals and expectations, monitor performance metrics, and provide regular feedback and performance evaluations.

Collaboration and Communication:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer success, to align sales strategies with business objectives.
  • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to provide insights, feedback, and market intelligence to inform product enhancements and business decisions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 0-2 years of experience in B2B sales, with a track record of success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Proven leadership experience, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and lead a sales team to drive results.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
  • Experience in the recruitment industry or selling SaaS solutions is preferred.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and sales analytics tools.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive and strategic approach to sales.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
