Sales Account Executive

As an Account Executive at our company, you will play a crucial role in driving new business development and sales growth in the Indian market. Your primary responsibility will be to identify, target, and secure new business opportunities, with a focus on acquiring new logos and expanding our market presence. You will be tasked with developing and executing effective sales strategies tailored to the Indian market to achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives. A key part of your role will involve building and maintaining a robust sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting to drive success. Client engagement is vital in this role, and you will be expected to establish and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in target organizations. Understanding their needs and effectively positioning our solutions will be critical to your success. Collaboration is at the heart of our business, and you will work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product management, customer success, and legal, to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives. To excel in this role, you should have at least 4 years of proven experience as an Account Executive or in a similar sales role within the financial technology or SaaS industry, preferably in India. Demonstrated success in achieving or exceeding sales targets, particularly in acquiring new logos, is essential. A strong understanding of treasury and financial processes, along with the ability to articulate the value of complex technology offerings, will set you up for success. Your ability to drive sales independently, create strong client relationships, and communicate effectively will be key to achieving your goals. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are a must, as is the ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Willingness to travel within India as required and fluency in English and Hindi are also important qualifications for this role.,
