Key Responsibilities:
  • New Business Development: Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities across India, focusing on acquiring new logos and expanding Kyribas market presence.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute effective sales strategies tailored to the Indian market to achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives.
  • Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, ensuring accurate and up-to-date forecasting and reporting.
  • Client Engagement: Establish and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in target organizations, understanding their needs and positioning Kyribas solutions effectively.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product management, customer success and legal, to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
Qualifications:
  • 8-10 years of Proven experience as an Sales Executive or in a similar sales role within the financial technology or SaaS industry, preferably in India.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving or exceeding sales targets, particularly in acquiring new logos.
  • Strong understanding of treasury and financial processes. Ability to articulate the value of complex technology offerings.
  • Ability to drive sales independently and create strong relationships with clients.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Willingness to travel within India as required.
  • Fluency in English and Hindi.
