Key Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing. Coordinate with department heads to understand job requirements and hiring timelines. Draft and post job advertisements on various job portals and social media. Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through proactive sourcing. Schedule and conduct telephonic and in-person interviews. Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular status reports. Ensure smooth onboarding and documentation of selected candidates. Represent the company professionally and promote a positive candidate experience. Candidate Requirements Bachelors / Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or relevant field. 0 to 3 years of recruitment experience; prior experience in EdTech or school hiring is an advantage. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in MS Office and comfortable using recruitment tools or HRMS platforms. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple positions simultaneously. Fluency in Marathi is mandatory.
