Core Responsibilities

End-to-end recruitment for Non-IT roles such as Store Executives, Purchase Executives, and Sales Personnel.

- Sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and offline channels.

- Screening resumes and conducting preliminary interviews to assess candidate fitment.

- Coordinating interview schedules with hiring managers and following up through the process.

- Maintaining and updating candidate database and trackers.

- Managing job postings and employer branding on relevant platforms.

- Ensuring smooth onboarding coordination with concerned departments.

Note: This role is strictly Recruitment Only, and does not include HR Operations or administrative functions.

What We Are Looking For

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Non-IT Recruiter who:

• Possesses a deep understanding of End to End Non-IT Recruitment
• Demonstrates a proven track record in entry-level and Mid level hiring.
• Exhibits strong negotiation skills and the ability to build lasting relationships with Recruitment partners and is proactive, adaptable, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, global environment.

Essential Skills and Experience

Experience: 2-3 years of hands-on recruitment experience in non-IT roles.

- Salary Range: Rs.25,000 to Rs.35,000 in hand (based on experience & fitment).

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to manage multiple requirements and close positions within deadlines.

- Knowledge of sourcing strategies and assessment techniques.

- Organized, proactive, and self-motivated.
