Recruiter Specialist

Role & responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for BPO and volume hiring roles (from sourcing to onboarding)
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and walk-ins
  • Conduct initial screenings, schedule interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers
  • Ensure hiring targets and timelines are consistently met
  • Maintain and update recruitment databases and reports
  • Conduct job fairs and bulk hiring drives as needed
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of candidates to meet future staffing needs
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process

Preferred candidate profile

  • Minimum

    2 years of experience in BPO and volume/bulk hiring

  • Strong sourcing and screening skills across multiple channels
  • Hands-on experience with recruitment tools (Naukri, Shine, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing hiring needs
  • Graduate in any discipline (HR specialization preferred)

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in walk-in and mass recruitment drives
  • Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS)
  • Familiarity with recruitment metrics and reporting
