Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Sourcing & Screening:

Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, references, and professional networking sites.
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic/virtual interviews to shortlist candidates based on job requirements.

End-to-End Recruitment:

Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
Manage the entire selection process including candidate assessment, interview coordination, and feedback collection.
Handle salary discussions and negotiation within the approved budget.

Stakeholder Management:

Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop appropriate hiring strategies.
Regularly update stakeholders on hiring progress and timelines.

Documentation & Reporting:

Maintain and update recruitment trackers and reports.
Ensure all hiring documentation is completed as per company policies and compliance standards.

Employer Branding:

Support initiatives to promote the company's employer brand through various platforms and engagement activities.

Offer & Onboarding Support:

Ensure smooth offer rollout and onboarding coordination with HR ops and business teams.
