Role & responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle across multiple functions and levels.
Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and define role specifications.
Source and attract talent through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
Screen and evaluate candidates based on skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with stakeholders, ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
Negotiate offers, manage salary discussions, and ensure successful candidate onboarding.
Maintain recruitment dashboards, reports, and compliance with hiring policies.
Drive employer branding initiatives to strengthen the companys market presence.
Manage vendor relationships and ensure quality and timely delivery of profiles
