SAFe Scrum Master
to support Treasury and Corporate initiatives under a Lean-Agile delivery model. The Scrum Master will drive team alignment, enable flow, coach agile practices, and ensure predictable outcomes across Agile Release Trains (ARTs).This role requires a strong balance of facilitation, delivery governance, and coaching to empower teams, remove impediments, and maintain compliance with enterprise standards.Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate SAFe ceremonies including Iteration Planning, Daily Sync, Backlog Refinement, Iteration Review, and Retrospectives.
- Coordinate inputs and outputs for ART events such as PI Planning, System Demos, and Inspect & Adapt.
- Partner with the Product Owner to maintain a healthy backlog with prioritized and refined stories.
- Remove impediments, optimize team throughput, and visualize work to enable flow.
- Maintain traceability in Azure DevOps (or equivalent) through boards, dashboards, queries, and links to design, test, and release artifacts.
- Manage cross-team dependencies, risks, and impediment logs; participate in Scrum of Scrums.
- Ensure compliance with security, audit, and ICFR/SDLC controls by maintaining approvals and release traceability.
- Support Release on Demand readiness including release notes, change records, rollback plans, and post-release validation.
- Promote a culture of transparency, psychological safety, continuous improvement, and data-driven decision making.
Required Skills & Experience
- 8+ years delivering technology initiatives, including dedicated experience as a Scrum Master in SAFe environments.
- Hands-on experience facilitating PI Planning and iteration ceremonies.
- Strong expertise in Azure DevOps (or equivalent) for backlog management, traceability, and reporting.
- In-depth knowledge of SAFe, Lean-Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and DevSecOps concepts.
- Skilled in flow metrics (throughput, cycle time, WIP, predictability).
- Proven stakeholder engagement, communication, and coaching abilities.
- Understanding of enterprise governance, compliance, change management, and security practices.
- Relevant certifications such as CSM, SAFe Scrum Master, PMP, or equivalent are highly desirable.
