We are a fast-growing SaaS company revolutionizing business communication by integrating WhatsApp with CRMs. Our platform streamlines sales workflows, enhances customer engagement, and drives faster conversions. As we expand, we’re looking for a proactive and technically sound Sales Manager to lead and scale our Sales Development team.


Role Overview

This is a pivotal role for a hands-on leader who has recently transitioned into management and still enjoys being involved in daily sales activities. The ideal candidate has 3–4 years of experience in SDR/Sales roles, strong leadership instincts, and a technical background. In the early stages, you’ll contribute individually while building, training, and optimizing a high-performing SDR team.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of SDRs handling inbound, outbound, and follow-up sales motions.
  • Actively contribute to lead generation and qualification alongside the team during ramp-up.
  • Establish, document, and refine sales development workflows and qualification criteria.
  • Track and analyze key SDR performance metrics to ensure individual and team targets are met.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to enhance lead quality and targeting strategies.
  • Provide regular coaching, feedback, and structured training to develop SDR skills.
  • Drive recruitment, onboarding, and continuous development of new SDRs.
  • Align daily operations with broader revenue goals and sales strategy.


Requirements

  • 3–4 years of experience in SDR or sales-related roles, with recent leadership exposure.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field is mandatory (e.g., B.Tech in Computer Science, IT, Engineering).
  • Hands-on mindset with the ability to perform and manage simultaneously.
  • Strong command over team management, sales coaching, and motivation.
  • Comfortable working in LATAM time zones and coordinating across time boundaries.
  • Highly process-driven and analytical, with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Energetic, self-motivated, and eager to learn and evolve in a dynamic environment.


Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with CRMs and sales tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo).
  • Understanding of full-funnel sales processes (inbound and outbound).
  • Experience working with or targeting LATAM markets.
  • Multilingual proficiency (Spanish/Portuguese) is a plus.
