Job Title: IT Sales Manager Location: Ahmedabad (Work from Office) Department: Sales Experience Required: 2–5 years in SaaS Sales Role Overview We’re looking for a sales Manager with proven SaaS experience who can lead our sales operations, build processes, and increase conversions across every stage of the funnel — from lead to demo, installation, trial usage, and finally, paid client activation. You will report directly to the founders and help shape the future of our sales team and strategy. Key Responsibilities Sales Strategy & Execution Own the complete B2B sales funnel for SaaS product. Improve lead-to-demo, demo-to-installation, and trial-to-paid conversion rates. Build and optimize sales scripts, call flows, objection-handling, and follow-up strategies. Analyze funnel drop-offs and create actionable strategies to improve performance. Team Management Manage and mentor the calling, demo, and support teams. Set daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs for each stage of the funnel. Conduct regular training sessions for team members, especially on accounting basics and product positioning. Review daily CRM reports and support sheets to ensure consistency and accountability. Client Engagement Handle high-priority leads and key accounts directly. Conduct product demos and client calls when required. Sales Infrastructure & Tools Utilize Odoo CRM for managing the sales pipeline and reporting. Collaborate with the marketing team to provide feedback on lead quality and targeting. Coordinate with product and tech teams for client feedback, new feature needs, and pain point resolution. Must-Have Skills 2–5 years of experience in SaaS sales, preferably B2B or accounting/finance-related tech products. Strong understanding of the SaaS funnel: lead > demo > install > free trial > payment > support. Ability to lead and grow a sales team. Hands-on experience with CRMs (Odoo preferred) and sales automation tools. Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati. Good To Have Prior experience in selling to Indian MSMEs or CAs. Basic understanding of accounting principles. Experience handling social media leads (e.g., from Facebook/Instagram).
