SaaS Sales Expert - Olatech Digital Solutions Pvt. Ltd.

SaaS Sales Expert

Key Responsibilities:

  • B2B SaaS Sales & Revenue Generation:

    Proactively identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities within the B2B market. You will be responsible for meeting and exceeding aggressive sales targets for our SaaS solutions.
  • Lead Generation & Pipeline Management:

    Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline through strategic prospecting, networking, and leveraging market intelligence. Nurture leads from initial contact through to successful closure.
  • Product Demonstrations & Solution Pitching:

    Conduct engaging and persuasive product demonstrations tailored to the specific needs and pain points of prospective enterprise clients. Articulate the value proposition and ROI of our SaaS offerings effectively.
  • Enterprise Deal Closure:

    Master the complexities of enterprise sales cycles, including navigating multiple stakeholders, understanding organizational structures, and effectively negotiating contracts to close high-value deals.
  • Client Relationship Management:

    Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and champions within enterprise organizations. Act as a trusted advisor.
  • Market & Competitor Analysis:

    Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and advancements in the SaaS space to refine sales strategies and identify new opportunities.
  • Collaboration:

    Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure a seamless customer journey from sales to onboarding and retention.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Experience:

    8-12 years of proven experience in B2B SaaS sales, with a significant focus on closing enterprise-level deals.
  • SaaS Expertise:

    Deep understanding of the SaaS business model, common sales cycles, and the value proposition of cloud-based software solutions.
  • Enterprise Sales Acumen:

    Demonstrated success in selling complex solutions to large organizations, understanding multi-stakeholder buying committees, and navigating lengthy sales processes.
  • Sales Skills:

    Exceptional skills in prospecting, lead qualification, consultative selling, objection handling, negotiation, and closing enterprise deals.
  • Demonstration Proficiency:

    Ability to deliver compelling and customized product demonstrations that resonate with technical and business stakeholders.
  • Communication & Interpersonal Skills:

    Outstanding ability to communicate complex technical and business concepts clearly, build rapport, and establish trust with C-suite executives and decision-makers.
  • Self-Motivation:

    A highly motivated, results-oriented individual contributor capable of working independently and managing their time effectively.
  • Location:

    Ability to work effectively from our Mumbai or Pune offices.
  • Education:

    Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field is preferred.
