What You Will Do Responsible for driving VRF/PAC product Validation by cross collaboration with global team , lead test standards creation , Project execution and managing team of engineers to track overall VRF Product validation by solving complex technical issue in product and lab. Ability to effectively communicate issues technically/functionally across a wide variety of audiences. Strong Experience in Requirement Analysis, Test Design, Test Planning, Test Strategy, Test Case/scenario preparation, Test data Preparation, Test Case Execution, Defect Reporting & Documentation How You Will Do It l Excellent communication and team leadership skills l Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, DQA mindset, and Design Engineering processes l Self-motivated and proactive with proven creative and critical thinking capabilities l Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent context switching and changing priorities l Aptitude to independently learn new technologies l Candidates should have previous experience working on large scale VRF/PAC projects testing and validation. l Ability to effectively communicate issues technically/functionally across a wide variety of audiences. l Ability to show quick turnaround with product design and testing issues l Collaborate with a cross-functional team of product engineering , Development, project managers, product owners and quality assurance to report and mitigate project risks and ensure timely delivery l Understand existing design and test standards , Compliances requirements in the product and bring in improvements l Create proof-of-concepts as necessary to demonstrate new ideas , process improvements and technologies for Labs . l Candidate must have experience in product development , Product engineering and validation . l Knowledge on Design change points FMEA , and VRF Product to lead the team and solve technical issues and able to lead the l Lead and support a global team of testing professionals, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement Required What we look for: l BE/B.Tech l 10 to 12 years of experience in new product development and validation of VRF/PAC. l Candidate must have good understanding of DFMEA/Test standards / Compliance requirements l Knowledge of Six Sigma metholodgies , excellent MS Office Skills and ISO 17025 certification . l Able to travel within and Outside India . Preferred l Experience with Product development and product testing management , change tracking, and based on that able to drive the testing and project. l Good communicator, both verbally and in writing l Highly motivated, Adaptable and willing to learn new techniques Show more Show less
