Key Responsibilities1. Sales Strategy & Planning
- Develop and implement short-term and long-term sales strategies aligned with company goals
- Set city-wise, region-wise, and product-wise sales targets
- Identify new markets, channels, and revenue opportunities
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts
2. Team Leadership & Management
- Recruit, train, and manage ASMs, Sales Officers, and field sales teams
- Build a performance-driven sales culture with clear KPIs
- Monitor daily sales activities, DSRs, and field performance
- Conduct regular sales reviews, training, and motivation sessions
3. Revenue & Target Achievement
- Ensure achievement of sales targets across all regions
- Drive machine sales, repeat orders, and upselling opportunities
- Implement incentive and commission structures linked to performance
- Take corrective action for underperforming teams or regions
4. Market Expansion & Channel Development
- Lead expansion into new cities and territories
- Develop and manage channel partners, distributors, and institutional clients
- Strengthen B2B, corporate, and bulk sales pipelines
- Maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners
5. Operations & Coordination
- Coordinate with Operations, Service, Finance, and Supply Chain teams
- Ensure smooth order processing, delivery, installation, and post-sales support
- Maintain discipline in payment collection and credit control
- Ensure proper reporting, CRM updates, and sales data accuracy
6. Reporting & Compliance
- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports to management
- Analyze sales data, trends, and competitor activities
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs, pricing, and discount policies

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 7–12 years of experience in sales, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role
- Experience in FMCG, vending machines, appliances, startups, or B2B sales preferred
- Experience in multi-city or regional sales operations is a strong advantage
