The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) is a strategic leader responsible for driving sales growth within a designated region for our Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) products. You will develop and implement sales strategies, lead, and coach a high-performing sales team, build strong relationships with distributors and key accounts, and achieve ambitious sales targets.
· Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
· Experience: 10-15 years of experience in FMCG sales with a proven track record of success in achieving sales targets and leading teams.
