We are looking for a versatile and analytical Revenue Operations Analyst to support our go-to-market strategy through a combination of Salesforce administration and business intelligence. This role will be split between managing our Salesforce environment and leveraging tools like Power BI and SQL to provide data-driven insights across Sales, Operations, and Customer Success.

What You’ll Do:

• Salesforce Administration:

  Configure and manage Salesforce to support workflows, user access, data hygiene, and reporting needs.

• GTM Enablement:

  Partner with GTM teams to streamline lead-to-close processes and improve CRM usability.

• Dashboard & Reporting:

  Develop, maintain, and optimize dashboards and reports in

  Power BI

  to support strategic decision-making.

• Data Management:

  Query and manipulate data using

  SQL

  to ensure accuracy and support complex analyses.

• Process Improvement:

  Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.

• Data Integrity:

  Maintain data consistency across systems and ensure alignment of key performance metrics.

Required Skills

• Experience (5–7 years):

  Revenue Operations, Salesforce Administration, or Business Intelligence roles – preferably in technology, banking, asset management, or consulting, with a proven track record of top-quartile performance.

• Salesforce Administration (4+ years):

  Hands-on experience in Salesforce administration; Salesforce Admin certification preferred.

• Business Intelligence (4+ years):

  Expertise in creating and managing datasets for dashboards using

  Power BI

  (or similar BI tools).

• SQL/Analytics (4+ years):

  Strong proficiency in

  SQL

  (or another analytics language).

• Education:

  Bachelor’s degree in

  Business Administration, Engineering, or related field

  .

• Core Skills:

  Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
