Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Revenue Manager with 7 to 14 years of experience to join our team at Hyatt Regency. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in revenue management and a proven track record of driving business growth.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Develop and implement effective revenue management strategies to optimize hotel occupancy and rates.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute sales plans that drive revenue.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators, including revenue growth and occupancy rates.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase revenue.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers and partners.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in revenue management or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of revenue management principles and practices.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience working in the hotels and restaurants industry is preferred.
