Job Summary The Hotel Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth by acquiring new business, managing corporate and group accounts, and maintaining strong client relationships. The role focuses on room sales, banquets, events, and overall hotel revenue generation in the Gurgaon market. Key Responsibilities Generate revenue through corporate, group, MICE, banquet, and room sales Identify and develop new business opportunities in the local market Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, event planners, and channel partners Conduct sales calls, client meetings, hotel site visits, and presentations Negotiate contracts, rates, and agreements with clients Coordinate with Front Office, Banquet, F&B, and Operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field 4–6 years of experience in hotel sales or hospitality business development Strong knowledge of the Gurgaon corporate and travel market (preferred) Skills & Competencies Excellent communication and negotiation skills Strong client relationship and networking abilities Result-oriented with a strong sales mindset Good presentation and interpersonal skills Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Revenue achievement vs targets New client acquisition Corporate and group business conversion ratio Repeat business and client retention Accuracy and timeliness of sales reporting Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Food provided Paid sick time Provident Fund Work Location: In person
