Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Revenue Manager with 4 to 8 years of experience in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in revenue management and excellent analytical skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement effective revenue management strategies to optimize hotel occupancy and rates.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute sales plans.
Monitor and control revenue expenses to ensure optimal profitability.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers and partners.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in revenue management within the hospitality industry.
Strong understanding of revenue management principles and practices.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience with revenue management software and systems.
