CTC Range : Rs 30000 to 60000/- per month in Hand + Attractive Incentives on Performance. The exact salary will be decided as per calibre and experience of the candidate
Probation Period : 2 Months
Working time in 2 shifts : either 10.30 am to 7.30 pm shift or 12 pm to 9 pm shift
Working days : Weekends are working and rotational weekly off will be given on any week-day from Monday to Friday
Paid Leaves : 12 Paid leaves per year ( Per month 1 paid leaves ). Please note that the showrrom will remain open on all public holidays like dasehara , Diwali , gudhi padawa , 15th August , 26th January or etc..
Initial Taining Period : Selected Candidates are required to attend the Induction Training for 4 days at Pune before joining. The travel and accommodation expenses will be borne by the company
Key Skills:
• Smart, Presentable, Good Looking & Customer-friendly Ladies
• Minimum 5 years’ experience of managing retail stores selling retail products such as
o Running own beauty parlour and managed sales and a team of minimum 3 staff members
o Clothing including dresses, suits, and casual wear for women, and children / jewellery/cosmetics
o Food and Beverages stores like fresh produce, dairy products, and packaged snacks.
o Prior experience as a Manager of a Gym, Fitness Club, or Skin Clinic
o Will prefer female Candidates
• Age in years : 45 and above
• Communication Skills excellent in english , Hindi and Marathi, negotiation skills , energetic and enthusiastic

Roles and Responsibilities:
• Sales & Customer Experience:
o Oversee day-to-day sales operations and ensure excellent customer service
o Resolve escalated customer queries and maintain high service standards
o Ensure product knowledge among sales staff to support effective upselling and cross-selling.
Team Management
o Supervise sales executives, helpers, front desk staff, and housekeeping, socila media
o Schedule ROTA. Manage attendance and leaves
o Allocate daily tasks, set sales targets, and monitor staff performance.
o Train the staff on sales techniques, product updates, and customer handling.
Inventory & Store Management
o Manage stock levels of the saress as well as other consumables, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure timely replenishment.
o Oversee stock display, visual merchandising, and store cleanliness.
o Monitor shrinkage, returns, and damages to minimize losses.
o Ensuring that the store is clean and neat and presentable to the customers
Finance & Reporting
o Track expenses and ensure adherence to budgets.
Operations & Compliance
o Ensure smooth opening and closing of the store.
o Maintain compliance with company policies, security standards, and statutory requirements.
Business Growth
o Identify opportunities for promotions, discounts, and seasonal campaigns.
o Build customer loyalty through personalized services and after-sales support.
o Coordinate with marketing for in-store promotions and digital presence.
