Factory: at Jejuri, Sasawad Website: http://www.concretesolutions.in/index.php Annual CTC: Maximum Rs 3 Lac Per annum (LPA) or Monthly Rs 25000 per month (PM)provided you fulfill the competencies for one year of experience for Sadashiv Peth office Fresher candidate 18000 per month or 2.2 LPA for Sadashiv Peth Office One year experienced candidate for Jejuri 17000 per month or 2,04 ,000 LPA + Accommodation will be provided for Jejuri location only Work Model: Work from Office and 6 days’ a week Qualification: ITI- any trade with minimum 6 month experience and proficiency in AutoCAD or Diploma in Civil or mechanical Work experience :Minimum 6 months of work experience Key Skills : — Hands-on experience in AutoCAD software in designing accurate and detailed drawings for mechanical products — Reading and interpreting engineering drawings and Preparing 2D & 3D drawings of the product — Knowledge of Development Control(DC) Rules of Municipal Corporation/Municipal Councils ensuring accuracy and adherence to DC standards. — To work on the precast component, its detailing & molds as well installation drawing for the same — Good communication Skills Interaction with Clients for Design & Technical Proposal — Supporting the seniors for analyzing the Customer requirements & proposing solutions,revision of CAD drawings as per requirement. — Customer interaction and support ,good communication skills — Team player and coordination — Planning and organisation Responsibilities: — Use CAD software to draft 2D and 3D sketches and models of architectural products — Convert hand drawings from professionals into complex, technical and understandable digital diagrams. — Assist in annotating designs with details such as dimensions, codes, type of materials, operation guidelines and production processes. — Assist colleagues in considering problems facing businesses or communities and coming up with ideas for solving them. Participate in design and construction meetings as needed — Continuously update and improve skills and knowledge of AutoCAD software and industry trends.
