Retail Store Manager

Role Objectives:

• Oversee the daily operations of the store to ensure smooth and efficient workflows.
• Lead and inspire the team to meet sales goals while providing exceptional customer service.
• Implement effective merchandising strategies to increase product visibility and attract customers.
• Analyze sales performance and apply strategies to enhance revenue and profitability.
• Ensure a welcoming and positive shopping experience for all customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor sales trends, identify opportunities for improvement, and take necessary actions to boost performance.
• Enforce store policies and procedures to maintain compliance and ensure a safe environment.
• Lead and motivate the team, offering coaching and support for their growth and professional development.
• Work closely with the marketing team to implement promotional events and campaigns.
• Hold regular team meetings to align on goals, expectations, and important updates.
• Address customer concerns promptly, ensuring a satisfactory resolution.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in retail management or a similar leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of retail operations and inventory management processes.
• Expertise in sales techniques and delivering top-tier customer service.
• Experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A results-focused approach, aiming to achieve sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• High attention to detail with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced work environment.
• Proficiency in multiple languages to communicate effectively with a diverse customer base.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
