Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Retail Store Manager located in Rohtak. The Retail Store Manager will oversee daily store operations, ensure customer satisfaction, and manage store staff. Responsibilities include maintaining store appearance, managing inventory, implementing store policies, ensuring compliance with retail loss prevention standards, and achieving sales targets. The Retail Store Manager will also be responsible for providing excellent customer service and maintaining communication with customers and the management team.
