Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Recruiter located in Chandigarh. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and managing the end-to-end recruitment process. Additional responsibilities include posting job ads, conducting background checks, maintaining employee records, and collaborating with department heads to identify staffing needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and managing end-to-end recruitment
• Proficiency in job advertisement posting, conducting background checks, and maintaining employee records
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and collaborate with department heads
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in the retail industry is a plus
• Proficient in using HRIS and recruitment software
