Job Title: Store Manager – A-Planet BhopalJob SummaryWe are looking for a confident, responsible, and customer-focused Store Manager to lead daily operations at our Bhopal outlet. The Store Manager will oversee sales, team performance, inventory, and customer satisfaction while maintaining our brand’s premium standards. Key Responsibilities1. Store Operations Manage day-to-day store functioning, including opening and closing activities. Maintain cleanliness, visual merchandising, and product display standards. Ensure smooth billing, order management, and customer handling. 2. Sales & Targets Drive daily/weekly/monthly sales to meet assigned goals. Motivate and guide the sales team to achieve individual and collective targets. Analyze sales data and suggest action plans to increase performance. 3. Customer Experience Ensure excellent in-store service and a premium shopping experience. Handle escalations, complaints, and VIP customers personally. Build strong relationships with repeat customers and corporate clients. 4. Team Management Train, mentor, and monitor store staff performance. Prepare staff schedules and assign roles effectively. Foster a positive and disciplined work environment. 5. Inventory & Reporting Oversee stock management, replenishment, and damage control. Conduct regular stock audits and maintain accurate records. Prepare daily sales reports and submit to head office. RequirementsMinimum 2–4 years of experience in retail/store management (electronics or lifestyle preferred). Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Customer-first attitude with attention to detail. Proficiency in MS Excel, billing software, and inventory tools.
