Our products are handwoven by local artisans, combining tradition with contemporary design. We are growing rapidly and seeking a reliable Accountant cum Admin professional to support our operations. Key Responsibilities Accounts & Finance Maintain day-to-day accounting records (sales, purchases, expenses, payments). Manage GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance and filings. Prepare monthly financial statements, bank reconciliation, and cash flow reports. Handle payroll, vendor payments, and petty cash management. Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning. Administration Maintain office records, files, and documentation. Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal teams for smooth operations. Oversee inventory documentation, order processing, and logistics coordination. Support HR functions (attendance, leave records, basic HR documentation). Handle communication with government departments, banks, and auditors as required. Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/Accounting/Finance (or equivalent). 1–3 years of experience in accounting and admin roles (fashion/retail experience is a plus). Proficiency in Tally/Zoho Books/QuickBooks or other accounting software. Good knowledge of GST, TDS, and Indian accounting standards. Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask. Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic, well-spoken, and experienced Sales Manager cum Store Manager to lead operations at our Suee Handloom Store in Fort Kochi . The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily store activities, ensuring excellent customer experience, and driving sales through effective communication and brand representation. Key Responsibilities: Sales & Customer Service Greet and engage customers, explaining the story, craftsmanship, and uniqueness of Suee products. Achieve monthly sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction. Maintain in-depth knowledge of all products, fabrics, and their making process. Handle customer queries, feedback, and ensure a pleasant in-store experience. Store Operations Oversee daily operations of the store, ensuring cleanliness, visual merchandising, and inventory organization. Manage billing, cash handling, and sales records. Coordinate with the head office for stock updates, product deliveries, and sales reports. Ensure displays are attractive and aligned with the brand’s aesthetic. Team & Administration Supervise and motivate sales staff (if applicable). Maintain staff schedules and ensure smooth store functioning.
