Suee is an authentic, ethical fashion brand from Kerala, creating handloom-based clothing with natural fibres like cotton, linen, and cotton crepe. Our products are handwoven by local artisans, combining tradition with contemporary design. We are growing rapidly and seeking a reliable Accountant cum Admin professional to support our operations.

Key Responsibilities

Accounts & Finance

• Maintain day-to-day accounting records (sales, purchases, expenses, payments).
• Manage GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance and filings.
• Prepare monthly financial statements, bank reconciliation, and cash flow reports.
• Handle payroll, vendor payments, and petty cash management.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.

Administration

• Maintain office records, files, and documentation.
• Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal teams for smooth operations.
• Oversee inventory documentation, order processing, and logistics coordination.
• Support HR functions (attendance, leave records, basic HR documentation).
• Handle communication with government departments, banks, and auditors as required.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/Accounting/Finance (or equivalent).
• 1–3 years of experience in accounting and admin roles (fashion/retail experience is a plus).
• Proficiency in Tally/Zoho Books/QuickBooks or other accounting software.
• Good knowledge of GST, TDS, and Indian accounting standards.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Attention to detail, integrity, and ability to work independently.
