Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Store Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Speaks Fluent English
• Handles all retail staff, payroll, timing, hygeine etc
• Push for B2B sales conversion
• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Provide in-depth product knowledge and recommendations to customers.
• Handle customer inquiries, address concerns, and ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system.
• Maintain a clean and organized store appearance, including restocking display counnters as needed.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels, reporting any discrepancies to the management.
• Actively participate in upselling and cross-selling initiatives to maximize sales opportunities.
• Stay informed about chocolate industry trends, new products, and promotions.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to a positive working environment.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in the food or confectionery industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and approachable attitude
• Basic math skills for handling transactions.
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Knowledge of chocolate varieties and an appreciation for the art of chocolate making is a plus.
• Bachelors in Hospitality / Hotel Management

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
