Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Sales Manager – Retail to lead and drive store sales operations in Hyderabad. The role requires strong leadership, sales expertise, and working knowledge of computers and digital sales tools to manage performance and customer data effectively. Key ResponsibilitiesDrive retail sales and achieve monthly and annual revenue targets Lead, train, and motivate the in-store sales team Manage customer walk-ins, consultations, follow-ups, and deal closures Ensure excellent customer experience from enquiry to order confirmation Coordinate with design, operations, and installation teams Track and analyze store KPIs such as footfalls, conversions, and average order value Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports Use CRM systems and internal software for lead tracking and customer management Handle customer escalations and ensure timely resolution Support local marketing and lead-generation initiatives Required Skills & QualificationsGraduate / MBA preferred 5–8 years of experience in retail sales (home interiors / furniture preferred) Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing abilities Good knowledge of computers including MS Excel, email, CRM systems, and basic reporting tools Ability to analyze sales data and generate actionable insights Customer-focused and target-driven mindset What We OfferLeadership opportunity with a fast-growing national interiors brand Competitive salary with performance-based incentives Career growth opportunities across regions Professional and supportive work environment
