We are looking for a dynamic and people-focused Recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring across corporate, retail, and project roles. The ideal candidate will attract top talent, ensure smooth onboarding, and support Bethliving’s rapid growth. Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end recruitment for roles across sales, design, operations, factory, and corporate teams Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and campus hiring Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers Schedule interviews and manage candidate communication throughout the hiring process Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers Support onboarding, documentation, and joining formalities Build a strong employer brand for Bethliving Ensure hiring timelines and manpower plans are met Required Skills & QualificationsGraduate / MBA in HR or related field preferred 1–4 years of experience in recruitment (retail/interiors/manufacturing is a plus) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and close positions within deadlines Familiarity with job portals like Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn Good organizational and follow-up skills What We OfferOpportunity to grow with a fast-expanding national brand Exposure to diverse hiring across retail and corporate functions Collaborative and entrepreneurial work culture Competitive salary and performance-based growth
