Job Description

As a Retail Showroom Manager at Ceeon India, you will play a key role in managing the daily operations of our EV showroom in Ghaziabad. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the sales team, handling customer inquiries, maintaining documentation, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: - Manage overall operations of the EV showroom in Ghaziabad. - Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals. - Handle customer inquiries, test drives, and follow-ups professionally. - Maintain proper documentation, daily reporting, and sales records. - Oversee financial transactions including billing, invoicing, and petty cash. - Coordinate with the manufacturing and service departments for smooth operations. - Ensure a high standard of customer satisfaction and showroom presentation. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree or equivalent qualification. - Minimum 2-4 years of experience in retail sales, automobile, or EV industry preferred. - Strong communication and leadership skills. - Ability to manage a team and handle multiple responsibilities. - Proficiency in MS Office and basic financial reporting.
