Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Retail Sales Manager based in Hyderabad. The Retail Sales Manager will oversee day-to-day sales operations, achieve sales targets, and ensure smooth functioning of the store. Responsibilities include managing and mentoring the sales team, providing excellent customer service, maintaining inventory, and delivering a top-notch customer experience. The role also involves creating strategies to optimize sales and drive customer engagement.
