Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a City Head, based in Mumbai. The City Head will be responsible for managing and overseeing the operations, sales, marketing, and team activities within the city. Day-to-day tasks include developing and implementing strategic plans, driving sales performance, managing budgets, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also involves coordinating with other departments, analyzing market trends, and developing local partnerships to enhance brand presence and growth.

• Sales and Marketing Skills: Sales Performance Monitoring, Market Analysis, Developing Marketing Campaigns
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication, Negotiation, Presentation

• Ability to analyze market trends and develop local partnerships
• Experience in retail or outdoor equipment industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
