About the Role



Responsibilities



  • Drive primary sales for residential new projects in the Gurgaon region
  • Lead client meetings, site visits, and closure discussions
  • Build strong relationships with developers and channel partners
  • Achieve monthly sales targets with a focus on high-quality conversions



Qualifications



  • 13+ years of experience in real estate sales (new project sales preferred)
  • In-depth understanding of the Gurgaon real estate market



Required Skills



  • Strong communication, negotiation, and deal-closing skills
  • Ability to manage and convert high-ticket clients



Preferred Skills



  • Experience in leading teams and driving sales strategies
