Meeting monthly and quarterly revenue targets, evaluating team performance, and fostering growth and development are crucial aspects of your role. Guiding and motivating front-line Sales Employees, ensuring compliance with rules and norms, and delivering high customer service standards to dealers will be part of your daily tasks.
