You will be joining a dynamic team at NoBroker, India's first PropTech unicorn, at the forefront of revolutionizing real estate through technology and transparency. As the City Head for our New Projects vertical in Gurgaon, you will leverage your extensive experience in real estate sales to drive primary sales for residential new projects in the Gurgaon region. Your responsibilities will include leading client meetings, conducting site visits, engaging in closure discussions, and fostering strong relationships with developers and channel partners. Success in this role will be measured by achieving monthly sales targets with a strong emphasis on securing high-quality conversions. To excel in this position, you should possess at least 13 years of experience in real estate sales, with a preference for expertise in new project sales. A deep understanding of the Gurgaon real estate market will be crucial for your success. Your communication, negotiation, and deal-closing skills will play a pivotal role in your ability to manage and convert high-ticket clients effectively.
