Job Overview:

We are seeking an Operations Executive to oversee and manage end-to-end customer operations in our Chennai location. The ideal candidate will handle inventory management, coordinate with the delivery team, manage documentation, and ensure seamless customer service. Candidates with experience in gaming rentals, e-commerce, q-commerce, or retail will have an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth coordination between customers, inventory, and the delivery team.
  • Oversee inventory management, including stock tracking, quality checks, and timely replenishment.
  • Coordinate and schedule deliveries, ensuring timely dispatch and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate documentation related to orders, deliveries, inventory, and customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with the customer service team to address and resolve any client concerns or issues promptly.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Monitor and report key operational metrics to the management team.
  • Support in training and guiding the delivery team for efficient performance.
  • Assist in process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.
  • Conduct periodic audits of inventory and documentation for accuracy and compliance.

Requirements:

  • Educational Qualification: Any degree
  • Experience: 1-3 years in gaming rentals, e-commerce, q-commerce, retail, or a related field (preferred)
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in English, Tamil, and Hindi (mandatory)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word) and operational software
  • Problem-solving mindset with a customer-centric approach
  • Ability to handle pressure and manage time efficiently
