This role ensures accurate stock levels , efficient storage, timely replenishment, and smooth coordination between production, procurement, sales, logistics, and QC teams . The Stock Manager will lead the warehouse and QC team , drive operational efficiency, and implement robust systems to optimize stock flow and support overall business growth. Key Responsibilities 1 Inventory Management Plan, organize, and manage inventory operations to maintain optimal stock levels across warehouse, stores, and online channels. Monitor stock accuracy through regular audits, cycle counts, and reconciliations. Implement and maintain inventory control systems to track stock movement in real time. Generate and analyze stock reports for forecasting demand, reducing dead stock, and improving turnover . Ensure all stock data is updated and reconciled in POS and Shopify systems. Enforce compliance with company policies, health & safety standards, and regulatory requirements . 2.
