As a Visual Merchandiser & Customer Experience Associate at Nolabels.in, you will play a crucial role in bringing the brand to life in-store through visually appealing displays and providing exceptional customer experiences. Your responsibilities will include: - Planning and implementing visual merchandising strategies in line with Nolabels" brand identity. - Creating captivating window displays, in-store setups, and mannequin styling to showcase key collections and new arrivals. - Maintaining clean, cohesive, and trend-forward visual presentations at both Mohali and Chandigarh stores. - Regularly refreshing and rotating displays to reflect promotions, seasonal collections, and marketing campaigns. - Collaborating with the stock team to ensure merchandise availability and proper product placement. In terms of customer experience, you will: - Welcome and assist customers with styling advice, product information, and personalized recommendations. - Cultivate a warm, inviting, and trendy atmosphere in-store. - Support customers throughout their purchase journey and contribute to sales through upselling and cross-selling. - Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback professionally to ensure high satisfaction. - Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Nolabels" products, sizing, and brand story. Qualifications for this position include: - Previous experience in visual merchandising or retail, preferably within fashion/lifestyle brands. - A solid understanding of fashion aesthetics, trends, and display techniques. - A background in customer service or sales. - Knowledge of fashion styling is advantageous. - Proficiency in basic tools like Microsoft Office; familiarity with design software is a plus.
