As a Visual Merchandiser & Customer Experience Associate at Nolabels.in, your role is crucial in bringing the brand to life in-store through compelling visual displays and ensuring a top-notch experience for every customer. **Key Responsibilities:** - Plan, design, and implement attractive in-store displays and window installations to showcase key products, promotions, and seasonal campaigns. - Ensure all visual merchandising aligns with brand guidelines, aesthetics, and corporate identity. - Regularly update store layouts and product placements to optimize sales opportunities. - Conduct store visits to maintain and enhance visual standards across locations. - Collaborate with marketing, retail operations, and store managers for executing promotional activities and product launches. - Stay updated on competitor activities and trends in visual merchandising to keep brand presentation innovative and competitive. - Efficiently manage VM props, fixtures, and inventory of display materials. - Train store staff on basic visual merchandising standards and upkeep. - Prepare reports on visual merchandising execution, feedback, and impact on sales. **Key Skills & Competencies:** - Strong design sense, creativity, and aesthetics. - Knowledge of fashion/retail trends and consumer behavior. - Understanding of space planning and product display techniques. - Proficiency in design/visual tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDraw (optional). - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. - Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines. - Flexibility to travel across store locations as required. **Qualifications & Experience:** - Bachelors degree/diploma in Fashion Design, Visual Merchandising, Retail Management, or related field. - 1-3 years of experience in visual merchandising, preferably in retail, fashion, or lifestyle sector.
