Job Summary We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Area Operation Manager to lead and expand our presence across Cloud Kitchens and Dark Stores in Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in business development, sales operations, and channel management within the food-tech or F&B industry. Key Responsibilities Identify and onboard new cloud kitchens and food delivery channels (e.g,Zomato, Swiggy & others aggregators etc.) Drive business growth by establishing partnerships and increasing sales from existing outlets Manage daily operations, report making and performance of multiple food outlets, Dark stores & cloud kitchens Monitor and optimize sales targets across different platforms and zones Develop strategic plans to enter new geographies or expand product range Lead a team of field executives and ensure execution of brand strategies Coordinate with operations, marketing, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless execution Conduct competitor analysis and stay updated with food-tech and Q-commerce trends Key Skills & Requirements Minimum 5 years of experience in sales/business development, preferably in Cloud Kitchen, Q-Commerce, F&B, or Retail Proven experience in managing multiple outlets, Dark Kitchens, or Quick Commerce platforms Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills Understanding of food delivery platforms and aggregator partnerships Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment Bachelor's Degree (MBA preferred)
